By participating in the Coastal Vape Co. Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding marketing and product promotion. Coastal Vape Co. reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

2. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique referral link. The exact commission rate, payment thresholds, and structure may be updated periodically at Coastal Vape Co.’s discretion.

3. Payouts: Commissions will be paid the first week of every month, provided the minimum payout threshold of [$49.99] is met. Payments will be issued via [Zelle, bank transfer, or mailed check]. Any returns, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions will result in commission adjustments.

4. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their marketing efforts comply with all legal and ethical standards, including but not limited to restrictions on false advertising, spam, and trademark infringement. Affiliates may not misrepresent Coastal Vape Co. products or engage in deceptive marketing practices.

5. Restricted Marketing Channels: Affiliates may not use paid advertising (such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads) to directly promote their affiliate link, nor may they impersonate Coastal Vape Co. in any capacity. Additionally, promotion through unauthorized coupon or discount websites is prohibited.

6. Account Termination: Coastal Vape Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without prior notice for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that is deemed harmful to the brand.

7. Intellectual Property: Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use approved Coastal Vape Co. branding and materials solely for promotional purposes. Unauthorized modifications or misuse of brand assets is strictly prohibited.

8. Modification of Terms: Coastal Vape Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program and/or these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment: By applying to and participating in the Program, Affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
